Francesco Rubin is an Amsterdam-based recording and mixing engineer with a diverse background spanning music, film, and live audio production. With nearly a decade of experience in the industry, he combines his classical training in orchestral percussion, composition, and drums with a deep understanding of modern audio engineering and music production.

Francesco's journey began as an Audio Coordinator for the Amsterdam-based community station SlimRadio, where he honed his skills in live concert production, mixing, and recording. His passion for audio led him to pursue an Audio Production Bachelor's degree at SAE Institute Amsterdam, further refining his technical knowledge and broadening his skill set.

Francesco has collaborated with a wide range of professionals and projects. Notable experiences include working as a session assistant engineer for the acclaimed acid-jazz band Incognito at LittleBigBeat Studios in Liechtenstein, as well as contributing to recording sessions at Wisserlord Studio in Hilversum. In 2023, he transitioned into freelance work as a sound recordist for documentaries and short films, collaborating with agencies such as C41® and institutions like the Allard Pierson Museum.
